CallSIMless is operated by OliBaba, a Thailand-registered business. It is a browser-based service for outbound phone calls. By using CallSIMless, you agree to these terms and confirm that you are legally able to enter into this agreement.

Credit packs are sold in USD. Calls are charged against your prepaid balance at the destination rate shown in the dialer, rounded up to the next started minute. Rates can change when carrier costs change.

You are responsible for using the service lawfully, entering valid destination numbers, and having permission to contact the recipient. CallSIMless must not be used for fraud, harassment, unsolicited traffic, or activity prohibited by law or carrier rules.

Calls may fail or be unavailable because of carrier routing, browser permissions, network quality, account restrictions, or destination restrictions. Trial calling may be limited to verified numbers.

CallSIMless is not an emergency calling service and must not be used to contact emergency services. Availability is not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, OliBaba is not liable for indirect losses caused by failed, delayed, or interrupted calls.

Prepaid credit has no cash value outside CallSIMless. Refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy.

Abuse, fraud, prohibited traffic, or violation of these terms may result in declined calls or suspension.
